I RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Kindly contact our customer service with the item code and order number provided. We will take full responsibility and arrange the carrier to collect the faulty or incorrect item from you or ship the faulty or incorrect item to us from your side.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
▪ All returns must be returned / sent back within 5 calendar days. This return validity period begins from the date the goods are delivered to your shipping address.
▪ Please note that the following items can't be returned : 1. Accessories
2. Inner wear, Under Garments (for hygiene reasons)
3. Promotional and clearance item
4. Item(s) that is out of stock or off shelf
▪ Please do not remove the original / seal for hygiene reasons. (e.g. all returned item/s should be sent in their original condition and packaging including return form, tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.)
